Quick Beef & Potatoe Hash

Don't eat left overs? I get that. So take that pre cooked roast and make a whole new meal!

Directions
Ingredients:
1 to 3 cups of pre cooked roast beef, cubed or chopped
Gravy or juices from the roasted beef
2 cups Beef stock or 2 cups water and 2 bouillon cubes
4 medium Potatoes - red or white - washed (peel if you prefer) and diced
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Bay leaf
Salt
Pepper
Cooking Instructions:
Cube or chop the beef. Place over medium heat in a pot with the stock (or water and bouillon cubes). Add any juices or gravy that is left with the beef. Add the bay leaf, the potatoes, Worcestershire, salt, pepper. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Adjust the seasoning (salt, pepper, Worcestershire). Delicious served with crusty bread to soak up the gravy.
